You know something needs to change. You're just not sure what or how to get there.
Sometimes the hardest part of moving forward isn't motivation.
It's clarity.
You may have an idea of what you want; a new direction, a career change, a stronger business, greater independence, a personal goal, or simply a better current situation.
But knowing you want something to change and knowing how to make that change happen are two very different things.
That's where I can help.
I use a three-phase process called "Develop My Path".
In Develop My Path, I help you take that initial “I want…” and turn it into a clearer understanding of what you want to achieve, what's affecting your ability to get there, and where you should begin.
It's not about me telling you what you should do.
It's about working together to help you see your situation more clearly and develop a path that makes sense for you.
You bring the “I want…”
I'll help you develop the path forward.
Discover & Define
We start with what sounds like a simple question:
What do you really want?
Sometimes you already know.
Other times, what initially sounds like the goal is really only the beginning of the conversation.
Through focused coaching conversations, I'll help you explore where you want to go, why it matters to you, and what success would actually look like.
Sometimes that confirms the direction you already had in mind.
Sometimes you discover that what you thought you wanted isn't quite where you want to go after all.
Either way, you've gained something important:
Clarity about your destination.
Assess & Map
Once we have a clearer understanding of where you want to go, we look at what's affecting your ability to get there.
Most meaningful goals don't exist in isolation.
There are usually things helping you move forward, things getting in your way, and relationships between them that aren't always easy to see when you're dealing with everything individually.
This is where I use BA2 — Barrier Assessment & Analysis, a structured approach I've developed to help bring those pieces together.
BA2 helps us identify and visually organize the important barriers and enablers affecting your ability to achieve your goal.
The result is your personalized BA2 Map—a visual blueprint that helps you see the bigger picture.
What might your path look like?
Develop Your Plan
Once you can see the bigger picture, the next question becomes:
Where do I start?
That's where we turn understanding into a practical path forward.
We'll identify what deserves your attention and develop a plan that allows you to move forward in manageable steps.
Because seeing everything that needs to be done doesn't mean you need to do everything at once.
Think about any large project. You may know what the finished project should look like, but you still build it one manageable piece at a time.
Your path can work the same way.
You don't have to accomplish everything today. You just need to know where to start.
My goal for "Develop My Path" is that you leave with much more than notes from a few coaching conversations. You should have:
Most importantly, I want you to be able to say:
"I know what I want, I understand what I'm facing. And I know where to start".

I'm not here to tell you what your life should look like.
My role is to ask questions, help you think, provide structure, and sometimes help you see something from a perspective you hadn't considered.
The decisions remain yours.
The work remains yours.
And ultimately, the accomplishment is yours.
From “I Want…” to “I Know Where to Start.”
